Cephalotus follicularis, commonly known as the Australian pitcher plant or Albany pitcher plant, is a fascinating carnivorous plant native to a limited region in Western Australia. The pitchers are adorned with fine hairs and a sticky secretion, which lures unsuspecting prey, such as ants and other small insects, into their demise.
